TeleCBTi and Other TeleTherapies
“We’re all just walking each other home.” — Ram Dass
Life is full of anguish. Like everyone else, I have experienced heartache, loss, uncertainty, and those moments that lead back to the age-old question: Why? Sometimes we ask why, and we hear no answer. When you find yourself in that place, I hope you will consider therapy.
Therapy is beneficial in different ways. Sometimes it is simply a starting point—a place to begin. Sometimes it is the experience of being truly seen and heard, perhaps for the first time. Often it becomes a space for profound learning, growth, and lasting change. Therapy is not a cure-all, and it will not make life's problems disappear. My hope, however, is that through our work together, you will feel less alone as we move toward meaningful solutions.
My approach is intentionally short-term and goal-oriented. In our initial sessions, we will define what "short-term" means for you and establish clear, meaningful goals. Those goals will guide our work together and help us stay focused on the outcomes that matter most to you. Recognizing that our time together is finite allows us to be intentional, collaborative, and accountable throughout the process.
I have devoted my life to understanding what may help relieve suffering, and my purpose is to offer what I have learned in service of your own path toward greater peace, resilience, and well-being. Therapy is a vulnerable experience. It is a privilege to be invited into someone's life in this way, and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
Like life, therapy is an imperfect journey. But I promise to always offer you my full presence, genuine curiosity, and steadfast commitment to helping you reach the goals we establish together. It would be an honor to walk alongside you for a time.
